The first thing that came to mind was bibimbap, so I’m gonna talk about that.
Erm, bibimbap is basically mixed rice with vegetables, and… it’s sometimes served with meat, too. There are different variations of the same recipe, but almost all bibimbap contain rice, fried egg, dried seaweed, and bean sprouts… Sometimes it comes in a stone bowl, so it’s still cooking as you eat it, especially meat bibimbap… and sometimes it comes in a metal bowl.
Er… people usually add plenty of gochujang, or red chili paste, which is a staple of Korean food… so it usually has a bit of a kick to it. Otherwise it’s a bit bland, not very flavoursome… And like lots of Korean dishes, it’s fairly salty…
People often eat it… It’s not really eaten on any special occasions… It’s just an average Korean dish. Buddhist monks often eat it, too…
